Position Summary
Located within the Medicare Stars Program Management team, this individual contributor role will provide subject matter expertise and consultative services to internal and external colleagues. In addition, you will manage execution and oversight of quality initiatives influencing Stars performance. You will utilize industry and internal analytic insights to inform decisions and generate opportunities, as well as guide policy and program recommendations to executive leadership teams.
Your duties will include:
- Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to identify opportunities for Stars improvement initiatives, assist in development strategic workplans, and performance monitoring.
- Communicate insights to key stakeholders, executive-level leadership, and other internal and external points of contact to ensure concise and accurate data is delivered.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity for information provided to stakeholders, executive-level management, and other individual contributors, driving successful operation of the department and company towards achieving its goals and key deliverables.
- Provide business and operational project and program management support for improvement initiatives and cross-functional work efforts.
- Manage and prioritize multiple work efforts simultaneously, ensuring key deliverables are met, driving consistent business success.
To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following:
- Adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, as well as execute and deliver business solutions
- Proven success in communicating complex business information and materials to clients, colleagues, and executive leaders
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional virtual teams for developing new solutions and improving processes
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience supporting business processes in the health or drug insurance industry.
- 5+ years of work experience managing complex business projects and/or programs spanning across financial, regulatory, legal, operational, and clinical teams.
- 5+ years of work experience supporting Medicare or Healthcare/Pharmacy Quality business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within Medicare Part D Stars Program Management, Medicare / Medicaid HEDIS measurement or other government quality program management
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent experience may be considered
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
