Description

CPA or EA with 4+ years of corporate and individual tax preparation experience, and experience managing personnel. Our clients are small businesses and their owners. We are expanding our business and wish to hire an experienced Senior Accountant to work our office as soon as possible. It is important that you have expertise in managing people effectively and managing the daily flow of business in a full-service accounting office.
The individual we are seeking must be someone with at least 4+ years' experience in the following areas: Tax Preparation, financial statement preparation, G/L, bank reconciliation and AR/AP. We also require some degree of actual business acumen in your background, and some experience managing the work output of others as you will manage the daily activities and workflow of personnel engaged in accounting and sales activity. Proficiency with Drake (1040) and/or Lacerte (Business) professional tax software is also a plus.
